Customers may request to cancel their order only before it has been packed or dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately with your Order ID. Cancellation requests are processed based on the current order status.
If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, any prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method within the standard processing time of the payment provider. Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) can also be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges.
Swaadisht Mithila reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment failure, pricing errors, duplicate orders, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be informed promptly, and any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.
